In February, I wrote a support letter to the Republican Central Committee supporting Christina Muryn for mayor. Christina was appointed mayor by the Central Committee with a 17-8 vote.
I would like to reiterate my support for Mayor Muryn in the May primary where she is opposed by Brian Robertson and Holly Frische.
I have had the opportunity over my career in Findlay to work with many business leaders and elected officials. Findlay’s success has been in large part due to the mayoral leadership we have been fortunate to have. It is critical to make sure we have a mayor who will continue to provide the leadership that is necessary to make Findlay the community we all know and love.
Muryn gained the experience necessary to be mayor while the director of business development at Pain Management Group. For example, Muryn was responsible for working with hospitals to develop lasting solutions that address the root of the opioid crisis. Her work has prepared her to collaborate and solve issues that our mayor will be addressing, including; infrastructure development, workforce, city core services and flood mitigation.
In addition to Muryn’s professional experience, she has worked with the Hancock County Republican Party and volunteered for numerous not-for-profits. Muryn was raised in Findlay and graduated from the University of Findlay. Her passion for Findlay is contagious.
Please vote for Christina Muryn for the City of Findlay mayor.
